My name is
Shena Lee-Anthony
A Health Recovery Coach, specialising in supporting women like you to recover from burnout and thrive after life-changing illness. My understanding of illness and recovery is informed by nearly 20 years of clinical experience as a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist.
Through years of working in rehabilitation, helping clients restore physical strength, movement and independence, alongside my own lived experience of burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, I learned how easily the body can be pushed beyond its limits and eventually break when its signals to pause are ignored.
Today, through my health recovery coaching programmes, I support high-functioning female founders and leaders - who feel constantly tired, “always on,” and fearful that slowing down will undo everything they’ve built - to restore energy, regain control of their health and wellbeing, and reconnect with themselves, through sustainable healthy habits.

FemExec Wellness was built by a female founder, for female founders - women like you visionary, devoted and deeply determined, building businesses while leading teams, households and families. At FemExec Wellness, we support female founders and leaders through health recovery coaching that addresses burnout and rebuilding after illness.
